London – 5 days office based
£45-60k + bonus
This British born brand, with products spanning across sportswear, loungewear, swimwear and more, is looking for an experience Trade Manager to join their busy team.

The Role
This is a standard trading role, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and working with a small ecom team. You can expect to:
- Build and drive the trade and promotions calendar across the UK and international sites.
- Drive visual merchandising and customer experience/journey
- Manage the planning process of sale budgets.
- Report on all sales metrics, KPI’s etc. Analyse trends.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising on range availability
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing to support traffic driving activities, with a focus on improving CVR and profitability.
- Own site optimization to drive cross selling to increase UPT and AOV.

You
They’re looking for a superstar – someone who loves digging into the data to drive trade decisions. You’ll need:
- A background in a similar role, with a proven track record in delivering growth.
- Strong with numbers, reporting with expert experience on Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience working with onsite optimization tools including analytics, testing, content management (GA4, Salesforce, DynamicYields, Content Square, BazzarVoice).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Management experience is desirable but not essential (you may take on 1 direct report).
- Experience within a fashion brand is a must, preferably a larger, fast paced brand.
- To be comfortable with getting hands on and happy to get stuck into any task.
