Salt has partnered with a fantastic personal fashion brand who are going through a transformation and trading really well, hitting targets week in week out this year.

This role will see you work as the eCommerce Trading Manager, reporting into the Head of eCommerce, siting within the wider Ecommerce Team (18 ppl). You will line manage a team of 2/3 to and be responsible for driving the performance of their Womenswear category online. You will share insights and highlight opportunities to drive sales and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a fashion eCommerce Trading Background with experience in managing a team to come in and hit the ground running immediately.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee eCommerce Strategy development, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Conduct competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats to the business.
• Oversee site optimisation through effective Merchandising and product discoverability.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance.
• Collaborate with wider teams, supply chain, marketing, Merch and Buying etc..
• Help to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Lead and manage the team of 2/3 people.
