The Role

This is a typical trade role, working across a couple of categories, and leading a small team. You can expect to:

• Own and manage the trading calendar across your categories.
• Drive all promotional activity.
• Own all trade reporting, developing actions for consistent improvement.
• Own forecasting.
• Optimise the customer experience and develop the roadmap.
• Support optimization and personalization projects.
• Work with stakeholders across multiple functions of the business.

You

This role needs someone with previous ecommerce trading experience in a large, fast paced fashion/retail business. You’ll need:

• 5+ years’ experience in an ecommerce trade role, with a strong understanding of merchandising.
• Advanced Excel skills and use of tools like GA, Adobe etc.
• Highly numerical, analytical and data driven – using this to develop trading actions.
• Experience with forecasting.
• Understanding of performance marketing and CRM channels.
• Onsite optimization experience.
• Stakeholder and team management experience.
