They will offer relocation to Amsterdam for the right person (with required German skills)
The Role
This role sits in the Amsterdam office, but requires a German speaker, as you will be running the German trade. It will also take on the Swedish site. Here’s top level info on what you’ll be doing:
· Drive weekly trade of both the German and Swedish sites, across 2 brands.
· Deliver a world class customer experience online (mobile and desktop) based on data analysis.
· Drive conversion and average order value and minimize bounce rates and abandoned carts.
· Optimise conversion by continuously analysing shopping and surfing behaviour and adjust website and content based on analysis.
· Drive specific site improvements (for example payment and shipping possibilities) for the German market.
· Lead a team of 5 and work closely with the data analytics team and marketing team.
You
This role is ideal for someone who has come from a fast-paced retail business and is looking for an exciting challenge in a high growth brand. You will need:
· German speaker (knowledge of the market would also be a big plus)
· 5-7 years ecommerce trade experience in a fast-paced retail business.
· Excellent knowledge of e-commerce technology (Google Analytics, SEO, SEA).
· Knowledge of the Agile working method and Scrum for business.
· Tableau knowledge would be beneficial.
· Some management experience is necessary.
