Salt has partnered with a British retail brand in the entertainment space. They have offices around the world and are known for being innovative and sustainable. They were awarded a Great Place to Work award and are also proud to be a certified B-Corp. In this position, as B2B Head of Ecommerce you will be responsible for driving their online sales strategy for their B2B sites, their third party e-tailers and Amazon Marketplace.
In this role you will report into the Sales Director and have three direct reports but you must be willing to ‘get stuck in’ as well as manage the strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
You can expect to:
· Be responsible for the eCommerce strategy ensuring to be considerate of the omni-channel nature of servicing sales.
· Full responsibility of the P&L for online sales.
· Work closely with the marketplace members of the team to help identify ways to maximise revenue.
· Lead, manage and mentor the Online team of 3.
· Oversee the day to day running of the website.
· Carry out SEO best practices across the website to optimise its performance.
· Conduct trade analysis of website performance, highlighting opportunities to promote best sellers and ensure stock is in place to support this.
· Manage and review the digital ad activity.
· Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the online strategy including the marketing, IT and creative team.
· Review the brands competitors, highlighting opportunities to have a USP.
You
· B2B Ecommerce Management experience.
· Strong Team Management experience.
· Amazon 1P experience a bonus but not essential.
· Competent using Google Analytics.
· Strong CRO and SEO knowledge.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Creative individual that is willing to get stuck in and assist the team.
· Strong communication skills and precise attention to detail.
