Head of E-tail, £70,000

Looking for a Head of Etail to join a global Beauty company based in Essex/London.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive all sales across retailer websites and work closely with the ecommerce team to deliver short and long term ecommerce growth strategies
• Working closely with the Marketing team to strategically plan and forecast promotional products
• Ensure 360 communications and alignment of instore and online activity
• Work with etailers and CRM team to build CRM campaigns to drive loyalty and engagement
• Management and development of one direct report
• Monitor and report on etailers and instore activity and work with Head of Pure play and digital etailer teams to drive sales
• Organise regular strategy meetings to deliver vision and objectives for upcoming periods per account

Requirements:

• Experience in a results driven ecommerce environment
• In-depth experience and knowledge of Etail landscape
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience managing a team
• Passion/ understanding of the beauty/fashion industry
