This global luxury accessories brand is going from strength to strength, growing a whopping 300% YOY. Japan is their largest market and they are looking for someone to lead the P&L across this region. Fast paced start up brand with lots of scope to grow, earn a large bonus and be part of something exciting. They are based in a well-connected part of Copenhagen, with some great additional benefits.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, you will take responsibility for continuous growth and innovation in the Japanese market. You can expect to:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the P&L, results, and growth strategy.
• Full end-end site management – trade, content, customer journey etc
• Own and manage the brand identity in Japan -product reviews, external content etc
• Configure multi-channel growth tactic and campaign strategy across SEO, SEM, social paid, eCRM, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display
• Identify and implement new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the Japanese website
• Deliver best in class customer experience, providing the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
• Use an in-house data & technology platform to retrieve data and examine valuable insights on customer behavior and trends.
• Oversee a team of 7/8 people to support on the above

YOU

This role is ideal for someone who is highly ambitious and looking to work in a fast-paced start up brand. You will be getting your hands dirty day to day, as well as setting strategy. You’ll need:

• MUST be native Japanese with solid experience in the region
• Minimum 3 years ecommerce experience (ideally within fashion)
• Good knowledge of all channels mentioned above (especially content – big focus for the biz)
• You need to be highly data driven & love making decisions based on data/insights
• Solutions focused – should we change the local delivery options? What local partnerships can we set up? Etc
• Living in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen
