Online Trading Manager – Concessions

Our client is an internationally renowned retail brand synonymous within their industry. Working at a senior level within the eCommerce strategy team, you will be responsible for managing the ecommerce trading division for their concessions and growing revenue.

Role:

• Work with retail merchandising team to develop pre-season sales, and gross margin plans by department that supports product strategies.
• Reviews purchase quantities each season to achieve sales, margin, turnover, and visual merchandising objectives.
• Review sales results to strategies and draws conclusions about business trends.
• Owning the merchandising of the category, including executing all relevant promotions on time and reflecting the customer plan
• Stay current and up to date on digital merchandising technology developments that can drive sales and conversion
• Collaborate with Web development team on merchandising enhancements and updates on both front end and back office systems.
• Own day to day vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 4 years in ecommerce/digital
• Strong understanding of merchandising and trading in a fast paced environment
• Communication – written, oral and presentation
• Strong people skills
• Knowledge of product merchandising, marketing and IT
