Digital Account Manager

My client, a leading global Consumer brand, is on the hunt for a Digital Account Manager to work in-house and help support the digital content team drive and manage campaigns for their website.

This role will be split between working with the in-house content and digital team and managing the digital agency who supports with creative and implementation.

This will not be a technical CMS management role, but a strong understanding of customer journeys, UX and content principles, particularly for any big consumer brands across retail, fashion or consumer electronics will be advantageous.

This role will involve strong aspects of project management and account direction, and the team is dynamic and varied in experience, so stakeholder management will be huge too.

The best candidate for this role will be flexible and either have come from an agency or in-house background.

• Time and budget forecasting (desirable)
• Digital CX and understanding of user journeys (desirable)
• Clear communication
• Energetic, warm personality but gravitas to hold one’s own in pressure-cooker situations.

This will be a 6-12 month initial contract with view to extend longer. The day rate is paying circa 300 per day for the right candidate. This role will be split between London (agency) and client HQ in Surrey.
