Director of Marketing Campaigns – Dublin/London – up to £90-100K plus Bonus
My client is a fast-growing Irish technology business that delivers world class SaaS HR and Payroll solutions to leading global brands. With an unrivalled product offering and significant international expansion opportunities, the company is poised to accelerate an already successful growth story.
THE ROLE
This role will be responsible for running “out of period forecast”, working closely with the CMO; this person will build and drive the Demand Generation team. The Demand Generation team will build a pipeline of well qualified opportunities, based on a deep understanding of what makes the brand special and differentiated in their market.

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to build a strategy that builds enough pipeline to cover the company’s future revenue forecast.
  • Build the machinery that enables the generation of leads through the most appropriate channels using the most optimised mix of channels available.
  • Drive creative, smart demand generation activities including email, search, sponsorships, direct marketing, social tools, and online events programs.
  • Make the brand stand out in everything it does. Own & execute campaigns from beginning to end, globally.
  • Build an understanding in the team of what the optimum profile for a new customer looks like and spend time qualifying new opportunities against this profile.
  • Build an understanding across the function of the needs of the audience. Employ strategies that we know our Point of Sale will respond to in a positive way.
  • Measure everything. Track and analyse the campaign effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources. Own and share transparently the analysis and reporting on the success of our campaigns from click-to- closed won

Is this you?

  • A strong leader with a demonstrated track record of building high performing teams
  • Process and metrics driven
  • Demonstrable experience of owning a sales pipeline
  • Will have run Demand Generation for a high growth enterprise software company (at least 3 years’ experience in this capacity)
  • End to end marketing campaigns ownerships across all channels
  • Will be a good team builder and will be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently hit targets, working closely with sales.
  • Will ensure that all demand generation campaigns tie in with the overall corporate marketing strategy.
  • Will have a track record of launching successful online marketing campaigns and driving qualified leads in the funnel
  • Will be analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail
  • They will need excellent written and stellar presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience (PPC, retargeting, GSP, display) is a plus
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua (or other marketing automation tool), and Google Analytics.

NB: The role can be based full time in Dublin or split equally between both London & Dublin.
