PR Manager

PR Manager – London – up to £75k

I’m looking for a PR Manager for an e-commerce travel provider.

This global company sees this role as an extremely important hire, as they look to take their brand in a new direction. They are currently the leading company within their space, and still aspire to improve their brand: that’s where you’ll come in.

You’ll get lots of responsibility by leading and developing the PR strategy, working alongside the Senior Communications Director in a marketing team of 7.

The role will still be hands-on. You’ll be devising strategies, but at the same time will need to also be happy with producing creative press releases.

Having in-house, and sector experience is a real must, as you’ll need to already have the media contacts.

What you will do:

· Work with the global PR team on the yearly PR plan. You’ll be responsible for the UK PR strategy

· Lead agencies, and freelancers on various projects

· Develop influencer marketing program

· Create all PR material for UK media

· Secure coverage across online, print, and broadcast media

· Become the key media contact by building a network of contacts in the travel/consumer sectors

· Track the ROI of all coverage

· Take the lead on media events and help with exclusive member events

· Support the brand marketing manager to secure campaign exposure

· Develop the influencer marketing program

What you will need:

· At least 5 years’ experience within PR/Comms

· Able to think outside the box, with the ability to spot PR opportunities

· A lot of knowledge of PR, social media, and the evolving digital landscape

· Must have media/press contacts within this sector

· Experience with influencer marketing

· Strong writing and presentation skills.
