My client is one of the largest payment providers in the world. They are a really customer-centric brand, and the team you would be joining is at the forefront of that.

The Role
The core accountability of the team is developing integrated communications campaigns. Both online and offline experience is required and you’ll be well-versed in direct response marketing.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, plan and implement improvements to drive improved effectiveness for the respective marketing program
• Develop a set of workflows, documentation, reporting, schedules and service level agreements to support ongoing communication needs.
• Work closely to drive forward the development and implementation of a robust contact strategy that will enable us to effectively meet our business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of a strong high-performance culture within the Marketing Communications function
• Ensure effective cost management and control of campaign budget

Key Skills and Experience

• Detailed knowledge and experience of advertising, direct and digital marketing across multiple routes to market
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven stakeholder management expertise, including influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience of managing teams working within an Agile project management environment
