My client is an integrated communication agency that works with organisations to address complex issues in society today, in the hope to deliver positive social change. They conduct research, then plan and execute the multimedia campaigns.
In this role you would report to the Head of Digital Marketing and will have two direct reports to manage. No day will be the same with you working on new business briefs, evaluating the performance of campaigns, or assisting brands with digital training. This being said this role will suit a 360 Digital Marketer, who comes with experience in websites, search and display, social, paid media and content strategy.
Who you are? What you’ll be doing?
You are craving the opportunity to work for a brand that does good. You possess a strong 360 digital marketing experience and have experience in managing.
· Assist in the creation of each marketing campaign strategy, alongside setting out suitable objectives and KPIs to measure its impact.
· Create digital marketing recommendations, taking into consideration budget, timescales and predictions of efficiency.
· Review campaign performance, setting up ways to analyze and track performance.
· Manage the performance of your team, ensuring goals and deadlines are achieved and relevant targets are being hit.
· Work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the business to develop innovation opportunities, including the strategists, account directors and designers etc.
The Person:
· Strong 360 Digital Marketing experience, knowledge of websites, social platforms, content and paid strategies.
· Ability to be both analytical and creative.
· Strong communicator and collaborator.
· It would be desirable for this candidate to have experience in managing individuals or teams.
