Your Resonsilbites;
- Lead and grow an exceptional team dedicated to achieving customer acquisition targets for both self-service and assisted sales products across various markets through direct and indirect channels
- Take ownership of Demand Generation results. Oversee customer acquisition channels and manage the team, including SEO, SEM, Events, and Email
- Establish metrics, frameworks, and processes to ensure accurate measurement at the right time.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to create processes and data flows for tracking and supporting marketing lead generation, qualification, conversion, and other pipeline metrics
- Lead continuous efforts to enhance lead quality and quantity (MALs, MQLs, SAL, SQLs for assisted sales product), direct revenue (self-serve product), as well as improvements in CAC and LTV across the board.
- Define and oversee the planning, execution, and correction cycles of the DemandGen team
- Contribute to overall excellence by providing innovative ideas, strategies, analytics, and creative insights
- Optimize the Marketing technology stack. (Salesforce/Pardot, Ocean, BuzzSumo, Marketing Automation tools, Email tools, etc)
What we’re looking for:
- 15 years of marketing experience with 3 years of Demand Generation (Acquisition & Conversion) roles within growing B2B/SaaS companies
- Multi-Channel approach (Paid Marketing, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Events Marketing) Ideally from a Growth role (Full Funnel approach)
- A/B testing with an analytical mindset
- Proficiency in working with CRM stacks (Salesforce/Pardot) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with global teams
