Fantastic opportunity for a Head of Marketing in the PLG SaaS Space to join one of the fastest-growing training platforms in the world! (Over 2million members globally!)

As Head of Marketing you will develop, define & execute the overall marketing strategy with the focus being on acquiring new customers (B2B & D2C)

You will inherit a Marketing team of 3 people (Content manager, Community manager & Marketing Assistant)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy
• Own the D2C top of funnel
• Own the B2B lead generation and work with the sales team to drive revenue
• Team up with the product and sales teams to develop a compelling product messaging and positioning
• Build and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Create and manage strategic content calendars and distribution plans to aid Lead Generation

We are looking for

• 5 years experience working in Growth marketing (from a PLG SaaS company)
• 3 years experience managing a team and setting up KPIs
• Data-driven and can report and optimise on results
• Excellent communication skills
