I am working with a well-known retail group, containing some household brands that we have grown up with. They are looking to bring on board a Head of Performance Marketing at group level to create and implement a paid media strategy across the various brands. Key stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be working with the specific brands to implement the strategy. They are looking to bring on-board someone who has significant experience operating at scale and understand what strategy is required when dealing with huge scale. It is an exciting time to work for a retail giant and work with large volume and budgets. This role will suit people who are wanting to make the transition from agency to client side.
