The Product Marketing Manager will be pivotal in driving the market success of our maritime financial solutions, including multi-currency payroll, supplier payment solutions, and e-wallet services for maritime customers and seafarers.
The Product Marketing Manager will directly drive our growth, creating compelling campaigns to drive user and feature adoption as well as enabling our sales teams and keeping customer and market insight core to our product strategy.

Experience
· 5 years’ work experience, minimum 2 in product marketing
· Experience in B2B product marketing highly valued
· Experience in financial services, fintech or banking products an advantage
· Strategic Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for digital products or services, particularly in the financial or maritime sectors.
· Campaign Development and Execution: Proven track record in creating and managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
· Customer and Market Insights: Strong ability in conducting market research, customer interviews, and using data analytics to glean insights that inform marketing strategies and product development.
· Product Positioning and Messaging: Experience in developing effective product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the product in the market.
