Senior Digital Marketing Manager – EMEA – £70,000- £80,000 + bonus

I am thrilled to partner with an exciting and innovative IT services company who are renowned in workforce management software and services industry. This mainly B2B tech and services business target large enterprises and are currently partnered with some of the world’s leading and most exciting brands. They continue to expand their businesses services, now covering three different target markets: SaaS, Services and Data subscriptions. They have been voted a great place to work and are award winning for their industry-leading Management System.

Due to being newly acquired and continued growth the business, they are now able to expand their presence into new regions. With an aggressive four-year plane for drastic growth, the business is hiring several like minded senior business leaders to on board at the same time with the goal of developing their presence in the EMEA market. In this initially single contributor role, you will take the reins on all things digital for the EMEA region. This is a complex role which would require you to hit the ground running and make an impact upon arrival. You will the expert in all things digital, guiding the business and navigating them into the digital age.

This role requires someone from a B2B SaaS or Tech background who is comfortable being hands on, working in a standalone role but can develop a digital marketing strategy from scratch with a strong focus on lead generation and deliver it across all marketing channels. You will be familiar with working with large enterprise organisation and already have a footprint in the EMEA market. Passionate about data you optimise tools and AB testing to get the best results and drive the bottom line.

Job responsibilities:

  • Digital marketing campaigns: Manage all aspects of Digital Marketing for the EMEA region.
  • SEO – Developing and implementing an SEO strategy including technical, content, link acquisition and reporting. This includes hands-on technical work, managing internal resource and appointing and managing agencies/freelancers where extra resource is required.
  • CRO – Responsible for devising, implementing and reporting on CRO activity aimed towards improving web performance and driving more leads to the business.
  • Paid Media – Responsible for the management of monthly ad spends across multiple international accounts. This includes devising strategy, implementation (hands-on), and reporting back to the senior management team on commercial performance.
  • Reporting and Analytics – Developing and maintaining a full suite of reports demonstrating the commercial value of digital marketing activity. This is achieved across various tools including Google Analytics, Data Studio and CRM.
  • Website penalisation – Focusing on creating personalised experiences for web prospects using 3rd party tools and data.
  • Lead Generation: Utilising digital marketing tools and functions to drive new business acquisitions, using KPIs as a guide to business success.
  • Budget management – Responsible for managing budgets ranging from £150-£250k a month across various mediums (PPC, SEO, Social etc.) in the UK and US.

Key requirements:

  • 7-10 years’ experience as a Digital marketing professional ideally coming from the B2B and B2C SaaS/Tech industry.
  • Full digital marketing mix experience including marketing contact database, email, SEO, SEM, social posting, and display advertising campaigns
  • Proven track record of creating inbound leads through digital marketing channels
  • Previous experience working with a start-up and building a digital marketing strategy is beneficial
  • Must have experience of working with large enterprise organisations
  • Previously worked in an individual contributor role before, being the doer of all things digital marketing
  • Proven Experience with website performance management, search engine optimisation, lead generation and email marketing
  • Adapt with marketing automation tools such as salesforce and marketo would be an additional benefit.
  • Has an understanding for digital design and can guide and influence an agency on quality of work being delivered
  • Has an understanding of adobe experience would be an additional benefit
  • Can working with HTML, Javascript and CSS
  • BA or equivalent in digital marketing
