SEO Copywriter (Contract)

Salt has partnered with a leading, global business in the beauty and FMCG space. They’re looking for an SEO Executive to join them on a 6-month contract.

You will work across all images and suggest alt tag copy and namings on images that will fit with accessibility standards. A strong understanding in SEO but as well to content and image optimisation is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Updated all images alt tags and suggest new ones that will fit accessibility strategy
• Implementing a robust SEO image strategy
• Coordinating audit optimisation actions with the digital content & SEO development teams
• Monitoring implementation of best-practice guidelines as well as indexability and SEO health status across our portfolio of brands to align on latest industry standards and regular updates
• Extensive research into the beauty industry, including competitor analysis, keyword theme opportunities and content creation strategies

EXPERIENCE:

• A track record of working in SEO in a fast-growing business, with measurable results
• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tracking and research tools such as SEM Rush
• Ability to organise priorities, meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong attention to detail – near perfect grammar and strong editing skills
• Strong communication skills

• £30-33k pa pro rata
