The Company and Role
My client is the small sister agency of an Analytics/Customer Experience agency. They are capitalising on the good work done by the sister agency, which highlights gaps in the SEO strategy when improving Customer Experience. They are working with clients from their sister agency, providing a more comprehensive solution. Launched a couple of years ago, they already have a good selection of clients on-board and are looking to grow aggressively.
This person needs to have the right blend between being hands-on and being able to grow out the team, as they scale the operation. You will need to shape the proposition and be able to cross-sell in to the sister agency clients. Pitching experience/capability will be important. Paid Media experience is also desirable.
