Our client, a membership based organisation has a pivotal role for a Membership Relations Coordinator to support their members nationwide.
This is a great customer relations role that will utilise your strong administration, coordination and engagement skills!
If you love variety and lots of scope this is the role for you!
What you will be doing:
You are effectively the eyes and ears of the organisation, using your initiative and evaluation skills to assist members and deliver relevant information to staff team members.
You will be actioning and processing member applications and renewals, ensuring the CRM database is up to date and will be liaising with the 9 branch executives and members across New Zealand. Overseeing branch meetings and events, eg. venue bookings, sourcing speakers.
Assisting with organisation publications and other material being sent out to members.
And, you will be the first point of contact ie. answering phones and responding to queries.
