Sales Manager (Ad Ops)

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a 5 month contract role, this role is with our well known Tech client in SG

As a Performance Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our rapidly expanding product portfolio in the Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.
• Performance Revenue (Search & PMax & Demand Gen): Localize global product launches and to fit with local cultures, customer preferences, and regulatory environments.
• Product Adoption: Maintain global best in class adoption of the latest performance solutions, as measured by BFM/MTM
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Southeast Asian market. This particular position will focus on businesses from the Travel and Finance industries, with a strong online presence
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in each Southeast Asian country.
• Product Performance: Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as a vocal advocate for customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps and decision-making processes.
• Thought Leadership: Build a strong reputation as a thought leader in the performance marketing space, sharing insights and best practices with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products in diverse markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
