Head of Sales EMEA

Our FinTech client provide the technology behind foreign exchange, working with challenger banks, neo banks and other financial institutions across Europe and the US backed by over $70m in funding.

To date, they have attracted $60m+ in VC investment and have grown to over 150 people across 3 international locations since 2012.

Following another boost of funding at the tail end of 2019, they are now of the hunt for a Head of Sales EMEA to lead the Fintech and FX Broker sales team. The role will report into the CRO.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business sales within the team in the following verticals; emoney, payments, paytech companies, wealthtech, lendtech across EMEA region
• Deliver against revenue targets
• Support, develop and motivate the sales team
• Attend networking and industry events

Requirements:

• Experience managing and driving sales teams
• Experience selling into FinTechs (ideally within LendTech, WealthTech etc.)
• Solid track record in high growth scale up environment
