Role

This is an opportunity to be the first Solutions Consultant In EMEA. You will be proactively contributing to supporting channel partner enablement and client evaluations of their solutions to meet their needs.

You will be responsible for demystifying their technology and bashing down any technical barriers that keep their clients from evaluating and adopting solutions by combining your technical knowledge with a dedication to client success.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing consultative (pre-sales) or solution architect role with a strong technical presence and confidence
• Proven experience working creatively with clients to understand technical and business requirements and implement solutions, including change management and technical engagement delivery
• Project development, implementation, and management experience with strong documentation skills
• Experience with building your own development environment using AWS
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industries
• Experience and a good understanding of integration’s
• Experience with PIM’s
• Experience with ERP or POS
• Experience with Big Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Experience with online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, and The Iconic
• Background in working or leading a solution team
• Previous experience in a functional design area
