The Role:

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional value to customers by showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our client’s process mining platform. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance on implementation. With your strong technical expertise and consultative approach, you will become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock the full potential of process mining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their unique business processes, pain points, and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive process assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase the value and capabilities of the process mining platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized solutions that address customer needs and align with their business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices to customers on the implementation and adoption of process mining methodologies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide thought leadership to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or a similar customer-facing role within the technology or analytics industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of process mining concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent technical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding presentations and demonstrations that drive customer engagement and result in successful sales cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
