VP Sales & Marketing / Chief Revenue Officer – Employee Engagement SaaS

Wealth creation position – amazing opportunity to join an established business with a loyal customer base who are taking their platform and pivoting in a different direction.

With an existing healthy ARR in their current core proposition and money In the bank before an injection of further cash from their main investor – you will lead them Globally, taking their new offering firstly to the existing client base then out to the rest of market.

Your background will include the following

· Start up or scale up experience

· Created and delivered GTM’s

· Strong Marketing know how

· Scaled Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams

· Lead from the front and owned the exec relationships

· Ideally exposure to HR / Employee Engagement / Collaboration

· Have grown a business to exit – £5M – £20M ARR

· Worked hand in hand with a CEO / owner / investor
