Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager – Components

About the Role:
Our client, a leading enterprise-focused distributor, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead a specialist sales team in proactively identifying new customers and expanding existing business within The Netherlands.
You’ll be responsible for positioning the value of the company’s components offerings, working closely with the commercial team and supplier stakeholders to drive new business opportunities. This role offers the chance to stay at the forefront of technology, engage with senior stakeholders across diverse markets, and partner with world-leading brands.
The components division represents some of the most industry-leading enterprise storage vendors, including Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba, Micron, Solidigm, and Kioxia.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 3+ account managers in The Netherlands.
- Taking the commercial lead in developing relationships and opportunities alongside the commercial team and technology suppliers.
- Working with account managers to identify and onboard new accounts across multiple market verticals.
- Developing existing focus accounts to contribute to overall business growth.
- Building and executing business plans within vertical markets to align with the company’s enterprise strategy.
- Leading meetings and presentations to drive component sales.
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasts to support business growth.
- Setting and measuring key objectives for the sales team.
- Providing product and market training to local sales teams, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Applying strong commercial awareness and a value-add approach to maximize profitability in complex, multi-vendor solution proposals.
- Developing strong local relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.

- Demonstrating strong awareness and commitment to Ethics, Compliance, and Company Code of Conduct.

You should be comfortable seeking out new opportunities personally, both within existing and new customers.
