General Manager

Job Title: VP – DACH/General Manager

Location: Hamburg, Germany (on site)

The Company:

· One-stop comprehensive renewable energy solutions provider:- professional, customised solutions and services for the entire process of development, design, construction, operation, management, and consulting of distributed photovoltaic power stations

· Has secured joint investment from a number of top international investment institutions – including a Fortune 500 China organisation – and have landed a number of major contracts

The Role:

· Build and lead a comprehensive company management team from scratch (covering personnel, finance, and resources)

· Devise and execute annual, quarterly and yearly plans

· Lead team in drafting and implementing annual photovoltaic tasks

· Manage relationships with stakeholders including property owners, permitting authorities, power grid, regulatory bodies, and others

· Lead the team through the entire process of market research, business design, business development and deal closure

The Requirements:

· Fluent in English and German (bonus if speak any other languages, particularly Chinese)

· 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record of growing high performing teams

· Experience in the solar photovoltaic market, with a focus on renewable energy projects in Europe
