Their suite of IOT and AI solutions reduce the amount of CO2 emissions associated with concrete production.
They work directly with large construction companies as well as Concrete producers and sell via a network of value added resellers and distributors.
As the Sales Director for all regions outside of the US you will be responsible for territory managers in the UK, LATAM, EU, APAC and the GCC.
Responsibilities include
Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of Territory Managers located across multiple regions.
Cultivate and manage relationships with construction industry clients, VARs, and distributors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and service offerings align with market demands.
Identify and capitalise on emerging market opportunities and trends.
Implement best practices in international sales processes and methodologies.
Ensure consistent communication and coordination between international teams.
What you’ll need
Proven experience in successfully managing international sales teams and territories.
A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in the IoT or related construction equipment sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and cultures.
Strong leadership qualities, emphasise a “people-first” approach to management.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
