The Role
Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for an SDR Manager to lead the inside sales function from their London office. Currently a team of 6 and growing fast, this is a critical role in enabling the business to achieve continued growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
· Recruit, onboard and build a team of top performing sales development reps
· Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
· Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
· Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment
· Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate
You
The successful SDR/BDR Manager will naturally have a proven aptitude for sales and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:
· Proven experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, ADRs, Inside Sales execs or similar
· Experience working for a growth SaaS business selling to enterprise customers would be beneficial
· You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
· Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team
· Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
