Great opportunity to join an innovative, well-funded SaaS business specialising in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. Their brand new platform enhances workplace efficiency, engagement, and overall satisfaction for employees, making them a vital partner for large household name organisations globally. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the leadership team as the Global Vice President of Sales.
As the Global Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and managing SaaS renewals. You will lead a sales team that is geographically distributed across the UK and the US, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in HR within large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and expansion of market share.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and relationship building.
* Own and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful renewal of SaaS contracts.
* Lead and inspire a geographically distributed sales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve revenue targets.
* Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
* Implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies to optimise sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements and sales strategies.
* Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product roadmap and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of scaling a business from $2M ARR to $10M ARR and beyond.
* Extensive experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the HR technology or Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or IT Asset Intelligence.
* Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and motivating remote sales teams.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
* Hands-on approach and willingness to engage directly with key accounts.
