Head of Revenue Operations – SaaS
Really excited to be partnering with an early stage SaaS business, with a who’s who of investors, looking for a Head of Revenue Operations ideally based from their HQ in Barcelona.
As the first Revenue Operations hire you will have previously created the function in similar fast growing start ups.
Your first initiatives will be Tech focused with a likely CRM refresh – quite possibly Salesforce + all usual sales tools.
This is a Global role with 2 reports initially but as the sales team doubles this year, there will be an opportunity to build a larger team to support Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
Ideally you are commutable to Barcelona or prepared to move there – they are on a mission and I think the successful candidate will want to be “in the thick of it” – they operate a hybrid model with the local team coming in at least 2 days per week.
