They are seeking a visionary VP Sales / Managing Director to lead all their functions with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This is a pivotal role where you will drive revenue growth, spearhead strategic initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the business to an eventual exit.
• Lead the transition of the client base from a perpetual licensing model to a SaaS subscription model.
• Develop and implement strategies for new business acquisition and account growth.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets, guiding the company from £5M to £15M turnover and beyond.
• Foster strong relationships with their loyal clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and drive company-wide success.
