What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep digital systems humming in Salesforce from e-commerce to customer service and order management.
- Integrate Salesforce with key enterprise systems such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and eCommerce platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Leverage MuleSoft for API-led connectivity, enabling scalable and secure integrations across systems and ensuring real-time data synchronisation.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track sales trends, customer behaviour, and operational KPIs
- Ensure smooth order processing, shipping and delivery, optimising the customer experience and minimising fulfilment errors.
- Incorporate and aid in creating systems such as Fluent Commerce to ensure a smoother process for the user in providing a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows between Salesforce, OMS, and NAV to minimise fulfilment errors and delays
- Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring all touchpoints across channels are integrated and responsive.
- Partner with internal and external teams to resolve issues and find smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
- Around 2-4 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail, and digital operations.
- Degree qualified in business, marketing, It or related field
- Salesforce certified administrator would be advantageous, but experience is a must
- Must have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud and MuleSoft.
- A curious mind and a love for problem-solving.
- A hands-on, “let’s get it done” attitude with great attention to detail.
- You love working across teams and building connections.
