They’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to bring bold, imaginative ideas to life across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and brand moments throughout the APAC region.
If you’re passionate about elevating brands through creativity, collaboration, and craft – and want to work with one of the most admired design-led organisations in the industry – this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative conception, design, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and event collateral that drive real impact.
- Push the boundaries of visual storytelling – from concept to launch – using data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform every design decision.
- Partner closely with marketing, content, and digital production teams to craft cohesive, high-performing campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
- Storyboard, brief, and present creative ideas for motion and animation assets with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a systems-thinking mindset – designing with scalability, consistency, and global brand alignment in mind.
- Manage multiple workstreams with confidence, balancing creative ambition with business priorities and timelines.
- Provide creative leadership and design rationale to stakeholders, helping guide visual direction and champion design excellence.
- Be a catalyst for change – contribute to the evolution of design systems and help shape the next generation of brand expression.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, or related fields.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end campaigns across social, display, video, and web channels.
- Mastery of visual design principles with an eye for consistency, storytelling, and emotional connection.
- Proficiency in Figma (this team is fully invested in its ecosystem).
- Strong conceptual thinking with experience storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping.
- A track record of turning customer insights and data into design innovation.
- Excellent communication skills – confident presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A dazzling online portfolio showcasing your creative craft and collaborative process.
- Bonus: familiarity with financial or tech products, or an interest in AI-driven design.
Why You’ll Love It
- Top 20 Best Place to Work – join a globally recognised, design-driven organisation.
- Flexible hybrid setup – 3 days in the Sydney CBD office.
- Competitive daily rate – up to $540 p/d (inc. super).
- 12-month contract – with opportunities to extend and grow.
- Contractor perks – paid public holidays and recharge days to help you reset.
If you’re ready to create design that empowers millions and defines what’s next for digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
