Our client is looking for a SEO Strategist will drive and support the strategic SEO direction and performance across the North America (NA) region, collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to optimize visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Collaboration

Partner with the global SEO team to develop the North America SEO strategy, prioritized action plans, and performance forecasts.

Collaborate with Web, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and local marketing teams to ensure SEO initiatives are effectively prioritized and implemented.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and alignment across global SEO operations.

Represent SEO on cross-functional projects, providing insights, strategy, and recommendations to meet business goals.
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to evaluate SEO effectiveness.

Deliver regular performance reports that communicate clear, actionable insights to non-SEO stakeholders.
Optimization & Technical SEO

Conduct ongoing audits to identify and resolve on-page, off-page, and technical SEO issues (e.g., crawling, indexation, hreflang).

Manage agency partners, reviewing and approving content and outreach activities to ensure high-quality deliverables that support regional objectives.
Operational Support

Respond to SEO-related requests from internal teams via Workfront, including but not limited to:

Keyword research and competitor analysis

Metadata optimization

Pre-publication SEO checks

Recommendations for website migrations or redesigns

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Power BI).

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
-
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
