Salt is seeking a ‘Support Account Manager’ to join our Focused Services team, providing world-class customer support and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, international organization while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

This is a 12-month contract role based in Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship & Case Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing support cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Incident & Escalation Management: Manage critical incidents efficiently and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Proactive Support & Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and address potential issues before they impact customers, ensuring system reliability and service continuity.
  • Support Plan Optimization: Maximize customer value through tailored support plans and continuous process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve shared business outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of technical support experience within the high-tech industry.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in sales or services.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT environments
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of building trust and influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-changing landscape
