Responsibilities

You will join us at an exciting time in our business and this is an exciting opportunity for someone to help define and drive our technical recruitment strategy to bring in the brightest and best tech talent. You will be expected to:

· You will be responsible to automate several security solutions deployments as well as build pipelines to propagate their configuration and policies.

· Be responsible to investigate, design and implement cloud security controls such as Key management, cloud data encryption (rest and transit) and container orchestration.

· Work closely with DevOps team in order to ensure that any deployed solution/configuration is done through DevOps pipelines in a secure fashion.

· Review AWS configurations, propose and implement security best practices, promoting hardened configuration through the platform.

· Review containerisation infrastructure and ensure it follows security best practices. In addition, run vulnerability scans against OS and container images through DevOps pipelines.

Requirements – Essential skills/experience

· Extensive cloud (AWS) security experience including hardening cloud services.

· Able to automate a variety of cloud infrastructure services through cloud formation / terraform. Example of services you be responsible to deploy are: VPCs and networks, KMS and CloudHSM, EC2, etc.

· Strong understanding of the Linux based operating systems.

· Strong foundation with docker containerisation and orchestration through Kubernetes.

· Foundation with PKI and cryptography applied to cloud environments.

· Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Computer Engineering, Computer Science and equivalent work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.

· Exposure and understanding of cyber security (technical certification is a plus: OCSP, CHE, GRE, etc).

· An enthusiastic team player excited by the prospect of being a key member of a financial services technology firm that is working to transform the industry.

· Be able and comfortable to work with both highly technical and non-technical personnel.
