A leading company is currently recruiting for a Dutch Speaking OSS Business Process Analyst that has a telecoms background and OSS – Operations Support Systems experience. 6 month rolling contract paying up 625 Euro’s per day depending on skills and experience. Essential skill and experience required for the Dutch speaking OSS Business Process Analyst, OSS Business Process Analyst, OSS, Operations Support Systems, Process Analyst
- To assists DevOps team in implementation of wide range of applications and business processes. In this role you will apply and develop your analytical, technical, and consulting skills.
- Be part of DevOps teams in the Design/Build/Test/Run phases of customer projects
- Communication with business owners and end users to define business requirements, and with DevOps teams to ensure delivery to the agreed standard and quality
- Learn and apply processes and Agile methodologies within the Project
- Knowledge of Telecom OSS is required, knowledge of Service Assurance domain is nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Java programming skills – nice to have
- Good understanding of software development cycle (design, build, test, delivery, all in agile) – nice to have
