Experience and skills required for the OSS Business Process Analyst, OSS Business Analyst, Operations Support System Business Analyst
· Communication with business owners and end users to define business requirements, and with DevOps teams to ensure delivery to the agreed standard and quality
· Learn and apply processes and Agile methodologies within the Project
· Knowledge of Telecom OSS is required, knowledge of Service Assurance domain is nice to have
· Ability to work creatively and analytical thinking
· Should have problem solving skills
· Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and develop new skills
· Strong quantitative and qualitative assessment skills and ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions
· Good communication and interpersonal skills used in effective collaboration with others
· Positive attitude and team spirit
· Business analysis experience
· Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Java programming skills – nice to have
· Good understanding of software development cycle (design, build, test, delivery, all in agile) – nice to have
