IAM Operator / Administrator – Banking Client – Brussels

Duration: 6-12 months

Rate: €300 – €500 euros per day

Hybrid: 1-2 days per month onsite, the rest can be worked remotely

Job Family

The Identity and Access Management team is part of the Cyber Security Group and is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the accesses from, to or within the IT infrastructure.

The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements.

The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, Infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.

Role description

• As an IAM Operator you will manage the demands coming from the business to grant users access to specific applications.
• You will join the Joiner-Mover-Leaver team in the IAM department. This role includes the treatment of the demands coming from the business and the review of the procedures to treat these demands.

More specifically, you are expected to:

• Connect to our Logical Access Management tool to gather the demands coming from the business and generated by the integration of new applications with the tool.
• Follow standard operating procedures to treat these demands and ensure that the procedures are up-to-date.
• Ensure that the administration of the applications works properly.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or University degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Finance.
• No experience is required, but if any experience with T2S, ESMIG or any SWIFT application would be nice to have.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles & technologies is a plus.
• Act upon quality and timely submission of requests regarding certain applications.
• Follow up and anticipate on different request within the team and across teams.
