SC Cleared SOC Engineer

Global leading Client is currently recruiting for an Security cleared (SC) SOC Engineer that has at least 4 years commercial experience within Security Operations. Based in London. Paying up to £500 per day

Essential skills and experience for the SC Cleared SOC Engineer, Security Operations Engineer, SOC Analyst, Security Operations Analyst, Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud Security Analyst

• Security Operation Centre (SOC) for 4+ years in managing security incidents at 1st line and 2ndline.
• Experience in maintaining and alert tuning within Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Experience in using vulnerability management tools (e.g. Qualys, Egress, Symantec, Nessus, Bitdefender).
• Experience in defining metrics that encapsulates security controls and to code the associated “continuous compliance” checks.
• 4+ years of experience of RedHat Linux (SELinux experience preferred).
• The Cloud Security Operations Analyst must have been directly involved in hardening a Linux OS and maintaining golden baseline on 1 or more previous projects/clients.
• 4+ years of experience implementing or auditing the identity management solutions which covers; AWS IAM, AWS Organisation, RedHat IdM, and Active Directory, Cloud checker
• The Cloud Security Operations Analyst must have experience implementing security controls around continuous delivery pipeline and immutable infrastructure on 2 or more projects/clients.
• The Cloud Security Operations Analyst must be able to operate at SFIA level 4.

• 3 to 6 month rolling contract paying up to £500 per day
