This DevOps Engineer opening is to be a part of a new Technology team that is being built in Central London.

THE COMPANY

Our Client is the world’s first blockchain solution for marine insurance. They take clients, brokers, insurers, and third parties and connects them to distributed common ledgers that capture data about identities, risk, and exposures, integrating this information with insurance contracts.

THE ROLE

As their DevOps Engineer you will be working on a plethora of tasks including:

• Proving support and guidance on their Azure platform, managing the environment
• Using Terraform for infrastructure as code, alongside Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation
• Administering their code repositories and CI/CD, using Azure DevOps for the latter
• Working on automation and continuous improvement
• Receiving personalised training

REQUIREMENTS

They are open to a range of experiences, but you should be proficient in the following:

• Experience working on an Azure DevOps
• Understanding of a configuration management tool (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
• Desire to upskill on Kubernetes in a commercial environment
• Infrastructure as code knowledge (Terraform, Cloudformation)
• Excellent communication skills
