Salt are recruiting for an immediate requirement with a local government client of ours who is looking for an Asset Strategy and Management Specialist.
This will be an Inside IR35 contract for 3 months rolling. It would be a hybrid role with only 2/3 days a week in office, based in Central London.
Systems Management:
Oversee the MRI Asset Management database, support the development of related information systems, and ensure accurate data updates and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to inquiries from residents, contractors, and departments, and contribute to internal and external communications.
General Responsibilities: Foster strong working relationships, comply with Health and Safety standards, promote equality and diversity, and support additional tasks as directed.
Budget Responsibilities:
Manage an annual capital housing expenditure programme of approximately £50 million.
Experience & Skills Required:
Experience: Project management in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
Skills: Strong communication, financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior managers and stakeholders.
