My client and I are looking for a Business Tool Specialist & Trainer who will be accountable for leading the development, deployment and adoption of creative and innovative online and blended learning programs. You will be a creative and innovative thinker, consistently looking to improve and trial new training methods. Ideally with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, detailed and embrace change in an ever-evolving organisation. Having exposure to global teams and vendors is a definite advantage, collaboration is key.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and deliver training and coaching based on agreed learning modules across site management tools
  • Identify gaps in training materials and work with Global teams to create these
  • Adapt global training documentation and material to regions and brand nuances
  • Track and analyse training effectiveness, suggesting and implementing improvement plans where necessary
  • Prepare effective communication plan to build awareness, create learner excitement and increase commitment
  • Participate in report generation, survey data analysis and more…
