Chief Product Officer- London- Contract

Our client provides innovative and cutting edge technology to disrupt the health care sector to support the high patient demand and enable them to offer world class care for their patients.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership and definition for their delivery of products to ensure they are fulfilling their customers’ needs
• Ensure products within your portfolio attain their KPI’s and implement course correcting activities when they are not
• Manage a team of talented product managers/owners
• Work with the key stakeholders to communicate effective product decisions
• With excellent stakeholder management skills, you’ll manage relationships with internal colleagues and third parties
• You’ll communicate the story and value of your products in non-technical terms

Requirements

• Prior experience acting at Chief Product Officer level
• Have worked as a CPO within a technology-led, B2B business ideally with SAAS experience
• You’ll work collaboratively with the team to create a product strategy and vision with accountability for driving its execution through the creation of product roadmaps.
• Sustained experience of managing multiple product lines
• Worked in an Agile environment
• You’ll have the strong relationship building, communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills to work collaboratively to create best in class product lifecycle and development frameworks and methodology
• A natural innovator you’ll work to improve process where it’s lacking and challenge unnecessary bureaucracy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test and deliver innovative solutions
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work within a fast-paced environment driving innovation and exceeding goals
• Experience leading and hiring world class product engineering teams
• High levels of commerciality, ensuring the team is focused on achieving their commercial goals
• Experience working with lean agile development teams which are cross functional
