About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical E-commerce Business Analyst/Consultant to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in understanding the intricate workings of our organization behind the e-commerce platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deep dive into our business architecture, analyzing the systems and processes that power our e-commerce operations.
  • Become an expert on our product life cycle, from product creation and enrichment to the journey to the website.
  • Unravel the financial processes, including order reconciliation and how orders flow through the system.
  • Map out the integrations of various business processes and systems with the e-commerce platform.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in E-commerce Consulting: Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business architectures within e-commerce environments.
  • Business Process Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Communication Savvy: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders including heads of departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Finance) and the E-commerce Director.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend impactful improvements.
