Candidates Must come from a CARD PAYMENT Compliance industry background
Candidates must have experience as a BA or product manager in
Experience with Customer Life Cycle Management solutions and/or Case Management solutions
Compliance background, particularly AML/Fraud
This will involve the traditional BA responsibilities including
- Likely working with a 3rd party vendor and negotiating on the overall solution and integration.
- Documentation of the requirements and ensuring change control is followed.
- Feeding the work into the tech team in the form of user stories (BDD).
- Collaborating with the overall project team to drive the project and meeting tight timelines.
- Ensuring operational readiness of the solution with the operation teams.
- Complying with the demands of the financial regulators, but ensuring other regulations, such as GDPR are respected
Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to analyse
- Improved process
- Fixing or optimising existing elements
- Operational improvements including security, monitoring and visibility into the health and behaviour of the domain.
- Understand business cases and be able to arbitrate between requests, challenging requests where appropriate with relevant data
- Assisting Product Managers in prioritising of workstreams.
- Analyse and capturing both internal and external requirements and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- Propose and agree solutions based on best practice and adhering to the rules and regulations of all countries involved.
- Evaluating business and technical solution proposals and designs to ensure they meet the business requirements.
- Employ structured business analysis techniques when problem solving and eliciting requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to capture the necessary requirements and business context.
- Refining user stories with the Product Manager, Business stakeholders, engineering, and wider Business Analyst team.
- Collaborating with Test/QA team to ensure test scripts are in line with acceptance criteria of user stories.
- Negotiating solutions to balance needs of clients with maintain platform standards.
- Leading many meetings with the client requiring strong communication skills with non-native English speakers.
