Salt have partnered with a leading incubator, part of one the UK’s leading retail brands, pushing the boundaries around big bet thinking with tech sitting at the heart of their products. The team are working on some of the biggest problems across new and emerging markets, from Drone technology through to shaping the future of EV charging.

The team are looking for an entrepreneurial, Lead Product Manager, to take one of their biggest data plays forwards, shipping a brand new SaaS products to enterprise customers across the UK and beyond.

As the Product Lead, you’ll leverage your experience working in start-ups or as a founder, delivering quickly, leading teams and focusing strategically on commercial impact. You’ll be part of a talented team, monetising the UK’s largest retail data sets, that have already impacted use cases across the public sector and large scale customers wanting to enhance their mobility insights.

The position gives you a breadth of technical challenges, spanning everything Business Intelligence, Business Automation, APIs and low code platforms.

If you have experience across the following, we would love to hear from you:

• Strong understanding of location analytics and data.
• Knowledge of the use and application of geospatial and weblog data
• Start-up, scale-up or founder experience.
• Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multitask.
• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products, ideally across transport, finance, retail, real estate, and government sectors.

This is a hybrid role based out of London or Manchester, with 3 days in, 2 days out per week.

As the Product Lead, you’ll be reporting to and working closely with the Director of Product, leading a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, define, prioritise, and manage the product roadmap, taking into account customer feedback, industry developments, and technology advancements.
