Product Manager: B2B SaaS | PaaS

Salt have recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading B2B software providers as they look for a Product Manager to launch and scale a brand new PaaS/ NaaS platform that will re-invent the way their B2B customers engage with their portfolio of products.

You will be building world class web apps and API’s in one the companies biggest bets to date. More specifically, they’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the PLG strategy moving forwards, looking at everything from B2B Acquisition Funnels, Freemium models, subscriptions, self service, in app optimisation and general GTM.

This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a £5billion business case that will positively impact their entire B2B customer base, across Enterprise and SME. With the MVP launched and already being adopted by customers, you’ll be tasked with scaling adoption specifically across there underserved SME segment.

Here is some key experience they’re looking for this PM hire:

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS, CPaaS, UcaaS, IaaS or BaaS products.
• Exposure to working on public cloud platforms would be beneficial.
• Strong advocate of PLG strategies and examples if this in practice.
• A technical background would be useful but not essential.
• Familiarity with shipping products in a fast paced, scrappy environment.

This position can be based from London, Manchester or Birmingham on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week required in the office. There are a host of benefits along with a 10% bonus.

As part of he interview process, you’ll meet with the Head of Product the role reports to, participate in a case study based interview and finally speak with the business unit leader.
